IS THERE A EULA?

Yes, we require all of our users to agree to our standard EULA when it comes to our software. However, there are times at which we deem a different EULA is more applicable. Refer to each programs EULA for more information. To view our standard EULA, please follow the link below.

HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT?

Currently all support requests are handled directly from within our apps or via email. We are currently working on adding additional methods to help better serve the needs of all customers as well.

MY SUITE OR APP IS NOT LOADED

After you have run the setup for an app or suite, the ribbon tabs do not appear, and you are unable to get the program to load, please ensure all service packs, hotfixes and other updates for Autodesk products are installed. If all available updates have been installed, and you still need help, please contact support.

WILL THERE BE UPDATES AND WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THEM?

Regular updates will be provided to all users and published via our download page. Please check back regularly to verify that you are using the latest version. To find your version, use the CHLG command or the Info Dialog. Updates will include bug fixes, improvements to existing funtionality, as well as adding new features and tools. For more detailed information on updates, refer to the changelog of each release.

CAN THE SUITE OR APP BE INSTALLED ON NETWORK LOCATIONS

We strive to provide flexibility to all of our users, and as a result, we do provide the ability to install all of our suites and apps either locally or via a network location.
